I actually managed to take a couple of weeks off towards the end of August and went north to Toronto. Drove up the Bruce Penisula and spent a week in Red Bay. A beautiful part of the country with several National Parks in the vicinity.

A Ferry from Tobermory takes you across to Manitoulan Island, much of which is Native Indian land. Plenty of galleries and visitors' centres with a good selection of indigeneous arts and crafts. And let's not forget the beautiful landscapes. But beware the ubiquitous Chinese tat that lurks in Tobermory - check that your authentic First Nation dream-catcher was not actually made in the PRC........

Developers Cinammon 88 have started construction of two large-scale projects in the Caribbean, one here in Barbados and the other in Grenada. Both contain a mixture of luxury private residences and hotel rooms and will be run by Four Seasons.

We have been providing progress shots, stock and commisssioned photography both here and in Grenada.

My long-suffering Mustique book project appears to be finally drawing to a close. Nineteen houses photographed so far; another two or three to go. By no means enough to showcase the incredible diversity of architecture on such a small island but more than enough for a 350+ page coffee-table book.

The Season is approaching rapidly so fingers-crossed photography should be completed by early November.
